For this year’s Brent Biennial I am realising a secret dream of having my own cafe and further still it’s pitched up in one of my favourite places, The Brent Reservoir aka, The Welsh Harp. Forista (forest + barista of course?!) is an experimental concept cafe and edible art experience inviting guests to connect with neighbourhood and planetary soils, airs and waters through sipping, munching and sniffing.
