Events: Bow Skills Panel: exposing the ‘guts’ – artistic labour and future ecologies

Next Tuesday 12 September, I am thrilled to be in the company of the inimitable Ama Josephine Budge and Angela YT as we reckon with the stickiness of ecology x art x labour. What lies in the guts and mechanics of how the arts currently operate? How can we embody these ideas as a means to move towards an Otherwise?

Let's see what we can manage in 75mins!

Between us our practices utilise methods of speculative fiction, pleasure activism, science fiction, earthly interlocution, space-holding, trouble-making and art-making and we'll each speak to how we can imagine and enact different ways of reworking, resisting, transforming and critiquing the problematics of the "arts sector".

Join us at Bow Arts cafe to think<>listen<>share<>question together as part of the Bow Skills Panel series. All are welcome but this session will be  particularly useful for artist development.
