Eco-mmunity: The Care-takers Project - A collaboration between London National Park City and Bethnal Green Nature Reserve

As part of my role as volunteer Ranger at London National Park City and my ongoing friendship with Bethnal Green Nature Reserve aka Phytology, I am proud to be supporting and manifesting The Urban Ecologies Care-takers Project!

We are inviting environmental stewards, volunteers and community organisers involved with grassroots ecology projects to connect, collectivise knowledge and co-author a series of user-friendly guides offering practical ideas as well as stories on how to start, maintain and care for the urban ecology on our doorstep. These guides will be shareable (and easily updated) resources designed to empower, excite and engage anybody interested in and able to care for London’s wild spaces.

Together we are unpacking what it means to care for land and how to best resource this work with confidence and with more-than-human decision-making at the heart. Please email me if you are interested in being part of this special and urgent project.
